For 28 years, San Diegans have participated in The San Diego’s Best Union-Tribune Readers Poll, nominating and voting for their favorite goods, services, and local hotspots. Winners of this esteemed honor proudly display their plaques and certificates at their establishments, showcasing their recognition from the local community. The branding has become a trusted symbol of quality and preference in San Diego, found at beloved restaurants, hospitals, and bike repair shops throughout the city. With this legacy in mind, I redesigned the printed certificate to feature a fresh layout and design while preserving the core integrity of the brand.
